making healthy foods taste great!

Ed McCaffrey, a three-time Super Bowl champion and former Denver Broncos wide receiver, ventured into the world of condiments to enhance the flavor of healthy meals. His journey began with a personal favorite: spicy brown mustard. Recognizing its zero-fat, zero-calorie profile, McCaffrey used it to elevate his turkey sandwiches and other dishes without compromising on taste . This passion led him to collaborate with a seven-generation mustard-making family, testing hundreds of combinations to perfect his signature blend. The result was McCaffrey’s Rocky Mountain Mustard, a line that includes flavors like spicy brown, chipotle, sriracha, and horseradish sauce . Launched under McCaffrey Brands, the company aims to make healthy foods more flavorful, reflecting the family’s commitment to quality and taste . Today, McCaffrey’s mustards are available in grocery stores across Colorado and beyond, continuing his legacy of combining athletic discipline with culinary creativity.
